The Pilea is a beautiful, bright green plant native to southern China. Also called Chinese Money Plant or Pancake Plant due to its perky, lily pad/coin-shaped leaves. In proper conditions the plant will produce "pups" or offshoots that can be propagated and grown separately, giving it the Friendship plant nickname.
